Open Settings
From the home screen, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Turn on Install Unknown Apps for the Downloader app.

Install Downloader
Go to the Search icon on your home screen. Search for "Downloader" by AFTVnews. Install and open it.

Enter your app code
In Downloader, tap the URL/Code field and enter the numeric code from your welcome email. Tap Go and wait for the download.

Install & launch
When the download completes, tap Install. Once installed, tap Open to launch your IPTV app. You're ready to set up your account.

After installing, head to the App & Setup Guide tab to enter your credentials and start watching.

Install Downloader from Play Store
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device. Search for "Downloader by AFTVnews" and install it.

Allow unknown sources
If prompted, go to Settings → Security → enable "Install Unknown Apps" for Downloader.

Enter your app code
Open Downloader, enter the numeric code from your welcome email in the URL/Code field, and tap Go.

Install & open
Tap Install when the download finishes, then Open to launch. Works on Android TV, phones, tablets, and TV boxes.
💡
You can also search directly for your app name (e.g., "TiviMate 8K PRO" or "4K Player") in the Play Store.

Open the App Store
On your iPhone or iPad, tap the App Store icon.

Search for your IPTV app
Tap the Search tab and type the app name from your welcome email (e.g., IBo Player Pro or Smarters Player Lite).

Install the app
Tap Get and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.

Open & set up
The app will appear on your home screen. Open it and follow the setup instructions in the App & Setup Guide.
⚠️
Apple devices only support App Store installs — sideloading, APK files, and Downloader codes are not supported on iOS.

Samsung TVs (Tizen OS)
Press Home → open Apps → search for your app name. Samsung only allows installs from the Samsung App Store.

LG TVs (WebOS)
Open LG Home Launcher → Apps → search for your app. Apps like Set IPTV, IBo Player Pro, and Hot Player are available.

Android TV / Google TV (Sony, Philips, TCL)
These TVs support the Play Store and Downloader. Install Downloader, then enter your numeric code — same as the Fire TV Stick method.

Other brands (Hisense, Toshiba, etc.)
Most use proprietary OS (VIDAA, MyHomeScreen). Consider a Fire Stick or Android TV box ($30–$50) for full compatibility.

Download the official Windows app from iptvsmarters.com/download (select Windows). Install and open — log in with your username and password.

Available on the Microsoft Store. Search "IBo Player Pro" and install.

Download IPTV Smarters from iptvsmarters.com/download (select Mac), or get 8K Player OS or IBo Player Pro from the Mac App Store.

Find your MAC address
On your MAG box, go to System Settings → Device Info. Note the MAC address (starts with 00:1A:79).

Send us your MAC address
Send the MAC address to our team via WhatsApp, email, or live chat.

We configure your portal
After payment, we'll send you the portal link. Enter it in your MAG box under Portals → Portal 1 URL. Save and restart.

Open the App — From your home screen, open TiviMate 8K PRO. You will see the Service screen.

Add Playlist — Tap the + (Add Playlist) button. A list of service types appears on the right. Select "TIVIMATE 8K PRO" from the list.

Enter Your Credentials — On the "Your Login Details" screen, type your Username and Password from your welcome email. Keep "Include TV channels" and "Include VOD" checked for full access. Then tap Next.

Wait for Connection — The app shows "Processing…" while it connects to the server, then displays your total channel and VOD count and downloads all playlist data. This can take a few minutes depending on your internet speed. If you get an error, double-check your credentials and restart the app.

Start Watching — Once loaded, browse the channel list and tap any channel for live TV. Use the Movies and Series sections for on-demand content. The built-in EPG (TV guide) shows 7 days of programming.

Optimize (Optional) — Too many channels? Contact our support with the content you don't watch (languages, categories, channels). We remotely clean your playlist on the server. Then go to Settings → Playlists → "Update All Playlists" — your app loads faster with only the content you use.

Launch the App — Open 8K Player VIP+ from your home screen. If a pop-up asks for media access permissions, tap Allow.

View Your MAC Address — The welcome screen displays your device MAC address. Our support team can use this to upload your playlist remotely. Otherwise, tap "Continue" to set up manually.

Add Your Playlist — Tap "Add Playlist". Fill in: Playlist Name (e.g. "iptvsubscription8k.com"), your Username, and Password (from your welcome email). Tap +ADD PLAYLIST or Submit.

Connect to Your Playlist — Tap the playlist you just created, then tap "Connect". You will see a "Loading…" message while your playlist is fetched from the server.

Start Watching — The home screen shows latest movies added to the server. Use the Live TV icon for live channels, Movies for films, and Series for TV shows. A global EPG is available, and each channel has its own detailed program guide.

Open the App — Launch Ibo Pro Smart Player from your home screen. Take note of the MAC address and Device Key displayed on the welcome screen. You can now close the app.

Go to the Web Portal — On a computer or phone browser, visit iboproapp.com/manage-playlists. Click "Manage Playlists" and log in using the MAC address and Device Key from Step 1.

Add Your Playlist — Click "Add Playlist". Enter a playlist name (e.g. "iptvsubscription8k.com") and paste the M3U playlist URL we sent you. Click Submit to save.

Restart the App — Reopen Ibo Pro Smart Player on your device and tap "Continue" on the welcome screen. The app will load your configured playlist automatically.

Start Watching — Tap "Live" to browse and watch live channels. Tap "Movies" at the top for on-demand films, or "Series" for TV shows.
